I mean, seriously, how many places out there have engineers who develop an M.2 breakout board to debug their phone and then release the schematics so you can make one for your own phone? It's basically Hogwarts over here @purism -- I'm surrounded by wizards.
François and @KekunPlazas represented Purism at the Linux App Summit and Capitole du Libre 2019 https://fediverse.blog/~/AdrienPlazas/linux-app-summit-and-capitole-du-libre-2019
The FSF had this to say about why the Librem 5 is on their guide:
"Although it won’t be released until Q2 2020, this phone is one to keep an eye on. We’re giving it a tentative recommendation because the company has publicly committed to doing the right things for prioritizing user freedom and privacy, and because we have evaluated and endorsed the operating system it will run."
Purism makes hardware, software and services that respect you.
