@agx @purism especially useful on the lock screen, i noticed on phone restart or when battery had completely died the brightness is reset and in outside conditions too low by default.

@pixelfed in hindsight i think what is missing is a payment provider abstraction layer, instead of serving Customer to Payment Provider to Business, it would serve Customer to Abstraction Layer to (Paypal, Banks, all the Above) to Business, that way it would be completely anonymous (similar to Apple Pay but completely agnostic to what the business needs for a pay provider, basically serving all)

does anybody know a good .psafe application that is adaptive for mobile? (pwsafe) It is a db for password storage and maintenance

@martijnbraam i had a similar flaking issue on my bose 25 if you take some cloth and keep rubbing against that material the fabric will be exposed and no more flaking just takes a while

@pixelfed you should try to use flattr for donations as well, not as creepy as paypal.

@PixelFed doesnt quite fit a mobile screen yet the icon symbol to the left using Tootl on mobile is too large compared to content. Really it should be stacked view not side by side. User/image1|image2/comments

i am impressed by the knowledge and forsight, though i do 100% disagree that phone numbers should be used for authentication and online security, i wholeheartedly hope it will never ever happen for matrix, it would be better to do encrypted email for example.

@joao @elias hey joao correct, i use the evolution plugin, install evolution setup caldav cardav uninstall evolution, while plugin remains and synching works on L5 for contacts, karlender doesnt use the evolution plugin i dont think, karlender is simple, responsive and overall love it, just doesnt yet sync, maybe if it used the evolution plugin instead ?!

@kop316 sorry i know its not a good trouble shooting forum but these are the sms messages it sends when i try to activate not sure what that meams "GET?AD="vvm.mobile.att.net:5400?v=1010&S=U&s=5433&m=##########"" also notice the " after my phone number hope that doesnt cause the issue in config, so my password i am not adding the " after the password.

@kop316 does anything look out of place? other than the password, it just reverts to that statement after 1. enabling vvm, 2. activating vvm which does not succeed and no error shown

@linmob not to point fingers but one of my worst customer service experience was with Google aka Alphabet, which basically has no customer service for gmail (unless you pay). Hence stopped using all google products thereafter- just vote with your feet which i have been doing for 10years.
