You can write howtos, news roundups and other actually useful posts for days (and there's not much feedback), but whenever you do a "well, let's just throw some opinion + memories together and publish it" post it all of a sudden gets a ton of attention.

@linmob not to point fingers but one of my worst customer service experience was with Google aka Alphabet, which basically has no customer service for gmail (unless you pay). Hence stopped using all google products thereafter- just vote with your feet which i have been doing for 10years.
