Today is the first day of , the National Novel Month. For those participating, the goal is to write 50,000 words in the month of August.

This is my 4th attempt at NaNoWriMo. I have succeeded at 50,000 words once. I hope to again this year, and this year to finish my book and publish it. It will be interesting to see where it goes.

@sobercatholic@rcsocial.net I saw Saint John Paul II once. It was at the final Mass at World Youth Day in Toronto in 2002, even though I didn’t qualify as a “youth” anymore.

I was standing by a group of Polish pilgrims, and helped them hold their banner. They were definitely excited. We were in the middle of 800,000 people.

I remember the pope’s words (English ones at least). It is definitely an experience I’ll continue to remember

Today marks the end of the Aspen shipping batch for the Librem 5 smartphone. We are compiling together details about that, and information about the upcoming Birch batch to keep all of you up to date and in the know on shipping progress -- will be posted later this week!

@purism I use all Librem One services. The biggest change for me is using Librem Chat to talk to friends and family, instead of Apple Messages and SMS.

Librem Social is my first foray into Mastodon.

Love Librem Tunnel too!
