I can't say anything about any of these 3 programming tools because I am using GTK/Libhandy/Builder in combination with C.
I had four main goals for my project:
1) Using only basic libraries to reduce the amount of dependencies and keep the app size small
2) Use C to learn the language because I want to do some kernel stuff in the future
3) Fast speed to be energy efficient: I use heavy calculations in my app
4) Designed perfectly for the L5

I still don't get the difference between Tik Tok and Facebook... both are spying. One is bad spying the other one is good spying or what is the point again? Mastodon doesn't spy, Mastodon is add free, Mastodon is open source! Be like Mastodon ♥

@peja @killyourfm Open source code from China is still open source this is the big deal about OPEN SOURCE... The origin doesn't matter if the code can be double checked... I trust every open source project more than Windows 😅

@vancha The world needs more GTK programming tutorials in general! If I don't understand the documentation it is a lot of trail and error until I know how things work... And this is very often the case...

@someunexpectedsparks I also don't stream. My question was more related to syncthing. My question was if syncing is working in an acceptable speed or if it is unstable. I understand if you don't want to test this any further. Just wanted to make clear what I was interested in.

@someunexpectedsparks And how was your feeling about the speed of the Librem 5 over WiFi and mobile?
Are the up and downloads okay?

@tapaniraja I use Timeshift since my last data loss because it even saves the whole OS. I once accidentally deleted my root partition and Timeshift saved my ass 😂
