Unless I'm mistaken, it looks like Samsung added the "pregnant man" emoji this update.

I think a lot of the issue is a semantic/linguistic one. Historically and canonically, 'man' and 'woman' were simply physically/anatomically bound words, but the pro-LGBT have been trying to redefine gender. Why couldn't they have come up with a new term for gender? It would have saved society so much trouble.
