Runs on Librem 5, Day 5:
GNOME Dictionary & Orientation Switching
#deathgrips Put out a super short, noisy, chaotic, and glitchy piece two days ago. I would argue this is Death Grips' glitchiest release yet. https://youtu.be/j1Kxol_6Ezk
As we approach the release of the Librem 5 smartphone (Q3 of 2019), we're going to take a look at 1 application (or game, or feature) running on the Librem 5 Development Kit every single day.
Starting with something fun:
Day 1 - AisleRiot Solitaire
We're taking a look at software running on the Librem 5 Smartphone Dev Kit -- something new, every day.
Day 2 - Gedit & Apt
The Librem 5 smartphone team has been hard at work, and we want to update you all on our software progress.
Including: LibHandy, Calls, Encrypted messaging, patches going upstream, Mesa, Documentation, and... Quake II. Seriously.
We're looking at something new running on the Librem 5 Dev Kit every single day.
Day 3: Web Browser

@gbryant Not sure if you mentioned this in your previous video on Stadia but I think it has a chance to prove to the average mainstream gamer that Linux is a viable OS for gaming. My only worry is that people still won't know what Google's gaming service is running on. Linux probably won't be emphasized in marketing, making Stadia appear as just its own entity to the average person.
My latest video is all about how Google Stadia might actually help us! https://youtu.be/rl4XBLAW5RQ
@purism Would you consider getting tech-reviewers to do reviews of your laptops Librem 13 and 15? I've only seen two or three of the old one (v2 & v3)

Adversarial interoperability helped Apple beat Microsoft and Facebook beat MySpace.

I just wrote a post that talks about user empowerment and how that influences how @purism designs its products, from hardware to software to security to services to social: https://puri.sm/posts/with-purism-products-you-are-in-control/
