Btw, the #nexdock360 has got a function key to disable the big touch pad. I can't type on that thing without moving the cursor, so I disable the touchpad when starting to type.
Sadly the #librem14 hasn't got this function key (as far as I know) and I had to disable the touchpad using the xinput command. I use a mouse with the librem14 anyway.
But a pre-configured hotkey to fill this gap would be a nice thing to have.
Writing this on the #librem5 connected to the #nexdock360. Primary display is the nexdock, secondary the l5. This seems to be a lot more stable.
Had an update on the l5 (#pureos) and during reboot I could enter the pin for disk decryption on the nexdock and the nexdock showed a librem5 logo.
When the l5 entered screen lock the nexdock got disconnected and the terminal running on the nexdock screen got closed - which I didn't expect.

Can't get the pinephone (#mobian) to work stable with the nexdock - nexdock as single screen. Connecting needs often a few tries and usually includes some waiting until the screen of the nexdock activates. After that it isn't stable: after some time the screen on the nexdock deactivates and the screen on the pinephone doesn't show anything.
To get back control I either have to reboot or try to reconnect until I can reconfigure the screens. kanshi helps a bit.

Zu Freien Inhalten, möchte ich euch aber dennoch kritisieren. Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 ist keine Freie Lizenz, zumindest keine nach dem Sinne "Free Cultural Works".
Ich würde mich freuen wenn wir mal auf einer kommenden "Das ist Netzpolitik"-Konferenz o.ä. uns auf ein Kaffee zusammensetzen könnten und austauschen.

Wir von Denklatenz haben schon immer darauf geachtet Freie Software zu nutzen, und Freie Inhalte zu publizieren. Es geht wenn man will.
Sehr schön finden wir das die #FSFE mit @fsfe_media eine eigene #Peertube-Instanz aufgesetzt hat und nutzt.
Sehr bedauerlich finden wir, dass andere Organisationen wie die #OpenKnowledgeFoundation, mit u.a. #Fragdenstaat oder #Netzpolitik.org, proprietäre Netzwerke bevorzugen. Bei denen geht, das was man fordert und selbst tut, weit auseinander.
anton.app works o.k. in Gnome Web. Geary does work also and now my son can use his email address on his own. The #Pinephone is connected to a Lycander USB-C dock with ethernet, 2x USB-A (mouse and keyboard) and an HDMI. I still have to configure some magic to have it start in convergence mode all the time or just stay in convergence mode until it is disconnected from the usb-c dock. If the hdmi monitor is switched off it resets the monitor configuration half hearted to an unusable state. #mobian
O.k., the #Pinephone does have a new SIM now and mine moved to the #Librem5. If I'm not reachable... The #Pinephone will serve now as a computer for my eldest son. I hope he'll get along with it until #PinephonePro. If this works he'll have no problems deciding which his first phone will be.
Unbelievable. I'm looking at a #Librem5 on my desk. Red LED on, charging. First impression: compared to the #Pinephone really fast, touch screen has better responsibilty. Heavier, thicker. Really looking forward to flash it with #PureOS #Byzantium (Bullseye) and copy my configuration from the Pinephone.

@tofuhuehnchen Ging eher darum, dafür zu sorgen, dass nicht der Entwickler einer Webseite entscheidet, ob Google Maps oder basemap.at genutzt wird, sondern der Nutzer das einstellen kann. Mit maps4html könnte man dafür sorgen, dass die Kontrolle wieder beim Nutzer liegt, weil Entwickler einfach den Browser anweisen eine Karte mit bestimmten Eigenschaften darzustellen, ohne ein Google Maps script zu verwenden.

Ich finde, eine von der FDP dominierte Ampel läßt im Vergleich andere Koalitionen nicht als Schreckensszenario erscheinen. Und vielleicht wären die Grünen stärker, wenn sie zeigten, daß sie Macht nur wollen, um Überzeugungen umzusetzen.

Yeah, #nexdock arrived today. First impression: I like it. It's right now connected to a #pinephone and works like a charm. It charges the phone. The keyboard feels nice even though I'm not used, yet, to the layout. The touchpad can be disabled (and if it is on, I can't really type without moving the focus out of the window). I'm looking forward to some more experience...
