Both of my usual morning coworkers (both of whom have been doing this for longer than me) don't seem to have realized that the cooking process does not end when you take the cookies out of the oven, and if they are really firm and getting dark when you take them out, they will be crispy and not soft. And not in a good way

I want tattoo sleeves. As in sleeves of a long sleeve shirt, tattooed all the way up my arms, so it always looks like I'm wearing a long sleeve shirt

I think I have the wrong job

I am at the part of the story in Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, about chapter 18, where everything seems amazing, but I can't help but wonder how it ends. Perhaps it is the foreboding loss I am faced with, but it seems especially certain to me that this wonderful adventure Professor Aronnax and co are going on is going to end, perhaps tragically for the crew of the Nautilus.

@lunduke I am extremely greatful for your show. We are having a bit of a dark time in my household (we have to put the family dog to sleep, so to speak). Oh yeah, it's all coming together

I read chapters 1-10 of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea last night. I have to say I'm really interested in the voyages of the Nautilus. It seemed interesting to read how the narrator, who had never seen a submarine describe how everything looks, and guess how it functions.

I have decided to get back into reading. I am reading an ebook, sure, but I have frequently had my interests piqued when hearing about Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, by Jules Verne, so I will be reading that for a while, and perhaps posting my thoughts. I am excited to start, once Calibre installs on my computer.
