Is the problem that the govt. is buying location data w/o a warrant, or that data brokers can collect and sell it to begin with? We have to change the incentives driving the whole mobile app economy. @derek have you any experience with the Librem One suite? I've been a user for a good while, and have yet to experience any censorship or issues with downtime, and Purism is committed to not collecting or selling user data. It is also cheaper than buying a vpn, fully private mail suite, or a server to self host all of the utilities, which is very important to me, as I can't afford too much,being a student.
