@erebion Maybe make a separate user, set the breeze icons as default for that user, and override the desktop file for kasts to launch it as that user?

Otherwise, I think the KDE folks had some change that's coming down the pike to work around Adwaita icons not following the spec. @bart

@lunduke The ideal solution is that RedoxOS becomes a great OS, sucks in a lot of eager developers, and they chillax the effort to force Rust on Linux maintainers.
After 20 years, when Rust is more palatable to the Linux maintainers, they can port in all the high quality permissively licensed drivers the Redox folks have made.

@lunduke And hey, GIMP 3.0 isn't released yet, so there's still time for a fork (woke or otherwise) to take off.

@lunduke And it was the perfect time for a GIMP fork... "all" they needed to do was release 3.0 first (switch to GTK 3 and remove python 2). Maybe remove some unfinished features, drop plugins, etc. Distros would start packaging it (successor to GIMP, with cruft removed), and I would be using it (Gimp, but it works on HiDPI screens).
