Growing with the knowing that just flowing with the natural energy and letting it happen as it wants to will ultimately land me in the place I think I should be, both literally and metaphorically. Lessons were learned. People were hurt. Not just me. Everyone is better off for it, now. Not just me.

I'm here, I landed, the spiral never stops but as it stands right now, everything is beautiful and brilliant and I'm so very very thankful.

My spiral has grown...

It's been an interesting 18 months, which I've mostly kept to myself, filled with challenges and changes and hard decisions, fears of making wrong turns and shame for being selfish and wanting my own happiness, facing off with those fears and insecurities, unfailing and unwavering belief that the universe will catch me and guide me.

Probably about 18 months in the making, strangely reflective of my life's progression. Maybe not strangely.

Lately my scale reports "low". I'll take it.

Just re-upping this offer: because being comfortable with git is a barrier to entry to many FS/OSS projects, and because I care deeply about lowering those barriers, I will tutor anyone who asks for help with git, and/or connect them with any mentor(s) they might prefer.

I'll do this while I put energy and work into making the tool more approachable, and into making better tools and learning paths.

Boosts gratefully appreciated.

I'm really missing Linux Journal today. This RMS/FSF news would have had us editors working together to publish a well-thought-out story...

Ever just want to curl up under your desk and hug your power supply and nap? Yep, me too. I feel you, kitty.

Perfect. Happy #4thofJuly!

I cannot escape : ) it seems like almost every aspect of my life has some representation of a taxonomification need. It's tempting to try to abstract that requirement down to it's core and create something that works for everything.

Is this irony? I think this is irony.

Sprint review / planning... 2 hours and counting. Laptop is hot. I'm breaking a sweat.

Getting acquainted with this cool old  loom, hoping I can coax it into letting me weave some  on it. Proved a little hard to weave a header because of the circular warp on it, next time I'll do things a little differently... Came with an awesome box packed with reeds, heddles, shed sticks and shuttles, and a letter to the original owner : )

apache joshua is fulfilling my on premises translation service needs pretty nicely 👍

New research based on publisher data has found that using invasive tracking for ads brings publishers just 4% more in revenue than ads that don't rely on tracking. Publishers should reevaluate the real costs and benefits of invasive ads. eff.org/deeplinks/2019/06/rese

Strangely excited for the Deadwood movie, also loving Chernobyl on HBO right now.

I should be outside.
