yup. In my country the police usually takes you knowing the IMEI when you file a police report for a stolen phone as a "proof" of ownership.
Are your fingers crooked from typing long and complicated #passwords ?
Here's relief for you: a #password generator which cares about your hands:
https://dorotac.eu/posts/password/
```
# cargo run 128
t i8ep51\:,.9y0me 94;z
Entropy: 129.07819
Chars: 22
Presses: 23
Modifiers: 1
```
Much better. Capitals and %$^$ should be just a garnish, not half the meal.
First #RaspberryPi earned a shitstorm by hiring a cop formerly specialized in hidden surveillance.
Now they accept an investment by Sony for their proprietary AI engine to be included in the next Pi. Which "only sends metadata to the cloud".
Here's a fine list of alternatives to that now-garbage company:

Nice #Librem5 update today brings Camera-Update. All the different functions (Gain, Balance, Exposure, Focus) can now be set to auto. While not always working perfect, this enhances my fotos as my use case in 99 % is not to set all parameters perfectly but to just take quick a foto. Also there is video-recording now. I am excited. I am about two weeks daily driving my Librem5 now and I feel that I will not switch back to Android. #purism #linuxphones
I'm now convinced that #Phosh is the best for tablets and convertibles. Thanks to everyone who worked on this.
I would consider the pmos ports as work in progress.
Same way that any effort to bring mainline linux support for to a device that was not designed with mainline linux in mind.
It will take time to make stuff work.
Heck even phones designed with mainline linux in mind, (pinephone, librem5) needed hardware enablement work first. And getting calls to work.
So I see such presentations on bringing mainline support to devices as work in progress.
Hey, from now on, I'll be totally inactive on Twitter.
Goodbye Blue Bird.

@calebccff Do the sentences need to make any sense at all?
Some of the styling for #phosh's long button press menu is now in place (aka merge requests) and things are also tied to the emergency call side.
This is how it looks when emergency call numbers are fetched from the phone's sim card:
I've been playing around a lot with PGP since I have an openPGP card in my phone.
I made a backend to have my PGP card sign and encrypt messages in Chatty, the hope being that I can add transparent encryption/signing to SMS/MMS and the other protocols Chatty supports:

What's left now is to work on the UI to have friendly user integration.
@nextcloud what an endorsement!
I was looking on github for a repo for the website, couldn't find one.
Was wondering if you'd be up for switching to @plausible for analytics so you could get rid of the cookie banner.
...for my usage pattern the fact that mpv can now successfully disable the screensaver is the most notable improvement in this release 📺 .
@alienghic AFIK there is ONE hurdle still to solve with suspend o a Librem 5.
