Sim é um protocolo open source. Em ultimo caso não precisaria de GOA. No Nautilus também é bastante básico aceder a pastas remotas via Webdav e outros protocolos.

Sobre WM's minimalistas também adoro o Openbox.
#Busenlabs (antigo CrunchBang Linux), para ressuscitar uma máquina antiga e dar-lhe uma nova vida era do melhor.

Com o openbox consumia 150 MB de RAM para existir, sem estar a fazer nenhuma operação.

E adorava fazer os meus próprios botões para a barra de topo. Nada de especial, mas giro na mesma.

Sim o GNOME é pesadote mas gosto do Nautilus (não consigo chamar-lhe Files :p ) e do GOA Gnome Online Accounts; que permite a integração com Nexcloud (ficheiros, documentos, calendários, tarefas) e com o email via Geary ou Evolution.

A minha primeira Experiência com o #KDE foi com o Caixa Mágica.
Correu tão bem que desde então nunca usei #KDE como DE

I just discovered that using the fingerprint sensor as a shutter button, the BlackBerry will automatically store the photos you take in an encrypted locker.

That is... super handy.
