I suppose this is one of the things that separates the successful from the unsuccessful. I need to resume my programming and #gamedev projects.
As a procedural animation enthusiast, it is no surprise that Rain World is one of my favourite games of all time.
It's a true masterpiece from every angle you look at it!
From its unique aesthetics, to the incredibly complex AI that powers every creature.
If you are curious to learn more about the game, have a look at this documentary!

If you're @-ing someone on here, it's really important to check that you've chosen the right person.
Account addresses on Mastodon and the Fediverse always have two parts, the username and the server. Both these parts have to be correct for it to reach the right account.
This is similar to email addresses: you can't just put the first part, you need to include the server at the end too.
To see someone's full account address, look at their profile page. More info at https://fedi.tips/how-to-use-mastodon-and-the-fediverse-basic-tips/#WhatsMyAccountsAddress
@chouti Really embracing cloud computing there!
Turns out that Adobe is collecting all of its customers' pictures into a machine learning training set.
This is opt-out, not opt-in so if you use Lightroom, for example, it defaults to adding all of your photos to the set.
If these are unpublished pictures, work-in-progress, etc. they'll still be analysed as soon as they're synced.
I've been using Lightroom to sync photos from my Windows desktop to my iPad. Now I need to reconsider that.
I am forever grateful to him for building & popularizing Mastodon, but I don't think @Gargron should be working on features at all right now.
Instead, he and the Mastodon non-profit (and a whole bunch of others) should be figuring out governance for collectively making decisions about Mastodon. Features in the Fediverse shouldn't be up to one guy, or even one company.
That's the whole point of the Fediverse. We do this together, or not at all.
@Venture @Dawangthang I'm going to see if I can get some of a small Discord server of Smash players to join the Fediverse. I'm suggesting https://join.fgc.network/ ; though Mastodon-powered servers look more user-friendly. Any suggestions?
@QasimRashid It's not an either/or proposition. A society can and should invest in both.
Do you create videos? Do you want to post them on the Fediverse so that people from Mastodon can watch, comment, like and subscribe?
If so, you might want to sign up for a PeerTube account. PeerTube accounts can be followed and interacted with from within Mastodon. PeerTube videos appear in Mastodon timelines alongside Mastodon posts.
For example, https://peertube.tv has signups open right now.
https://spectra.video has signups on request, contact the admin.
Ask me if you need help!
#Firefox's apostrophe (') link navigation mode just doesn't get enough attention.
It's freaking amazing. It can't do as much as qutebrowser's navigation mode, but it's stupidly intuitive. Just treat it as a search, use the usual search ctrl-g to skip through results, and hit enter to enter the link. Badda bing, badda boom.
Hello there!
I boost a lot of posts, but I have a few things to say every now and then.
I am largely fine with boosting posts from people I disagree with even on significant, dividing issues. I usually don't, however, if they actively advocate for these ideas... so it goes :/
