I am largely fine with boosting posts from people I disagree with even on significant, dividing issues. I usually don't, however, if they actively advocate for these ideas... so it goes :/

I just got it. It wanted full files access rather than file-by-file access, and I hit no and it did this though
@AlanZucconi I would definitely not consider AI "artists" to be artists at all. The machine is doing the art.

All these authenticator apps are free and offer in-app purchases. You install them to discover that you can't scan any QR code until you subscribe, $40/year with 3 days free trial. The apps are very similar, as if it was the same developer or "template" 🧐

In case you missed it, you do not need to use the official Mastodon app! Third party Mastodon apps tend to have more features, and many people prefer them.
Mastodon uses free open source technical standards, so all apps have equal access to all of Mastodon's features.
There are lots of third party Mastodon apps, here are a few examples to get you started:

I was looking at the new #Google Play #ToS (Terms of Service)
"You may be able to manage Updates to certain Content via Settings in Google Play. If it is determined, however, that the Update will fix a critical security vulnerability or critical operability issue related to the Content, or will prevent abuse, the Update may be completed irrespective of your Update settings in Google Play or your Device."
This isn't anything new, but that's a backdoor, technically.
Having my college classes start between noon and 1 has been great, save the fact that it makes it too easy to develop the bad habit of pushing homework off until the day of.
