It feels unnatural at first, but now I'm starting to appreciate the calm, without the #AddictionByDesign of pull-to-refresh breaking news feeds

#FreeSoftware like #SAMBA was key to breaking open the #microsoft #monopoly in the early 90s with #AdversarialInteroperability. The #BigTech web and bad #copyright and #patent laws like #DMCA make that even harder now than in the 90s.
