- persistent storage of received #CellBroadcast messages
- notifications for user interfaces/DEs to handle
- set channels to subscribe to (based on country)
- CLI tool for inspection/debugging purposes

Wrzuci膰 wucht臋 regionalizm贸w i brzmie膰 jak Blubry Starego Marycha nie jest bardzo trudno - ale 膰pn膮膰 w艂a艣ciwe s艂owa w odpowiednich momentach by zabrzmie膰 jak wsp贸艂czesny poznaniak trzeba ju偶 z g艂ow膮. Cz臋艣ci膮 tych s艂贸w nadal niechc膮cy zadziwiam ludzi, a cz臋艣ci kompletnie nie rozumiem, cho膰 nie w膮tpi臋, 偶e w gwarze istniej膮 i by艂y w u偶yciu.
@wariat @dancingindystopia Problem z takimi listami to chyba nie tyle rzetelno艣膰, co brak wskazania powszechno艣ci i cz臋sto艣ci u偶ycia. Cz臋艣膰 z tych s艂贸w znam i u偶ywam; o cz臋艣ci nawet nie wiedzia艂em, 偶e s膮 regionalizmami; cz臋艣ci raczej nie u偶ywam, ale bez problemu zrozumiem (bo np. babcia u偶ywa艂a); cz臋艣膰 znam tylko pod nieco innymi formami; a cz臋艣ci kompletnie nie znam i by艂yby dla mnie zagwozdk膮. Trudno by by艂o z samej takiej listy napisa膰 dialogi komu艣, kto mia艂by brzmie膰 autentycznie pozna艅sko.

@devrtz @NGIZero @snwh 鈥nd as a service to user interfaces/DEs that don't want to add explicit #CellBroadcast support #cbd can now send notifications. Just enabling the setting is enough.
This is configurable on a severity level so you could use a system modal dialog for high severity events and notifications for low severity ones. This is (likely) how we'll wire it up in #phosh once everything has settled in.
