I’m saying this as someone who was once on TWO of Ubuntu’s governance councils, deciding who had contributed enough to the community to have an [at]ubuntu[dot]com email address and who was trusted to upload packages to the archive and provide oversight for those not so-trusted.
If the #Ubuntu Community Council lets this stand then absolutely fuck the project I devoted 5 years of my life to.

@WeirdWriter do you have the log in details to the account and who are they?
@samwilson I've had the same issue, but it's been quite a while since I used Google Docs. I think Google Docs overrides the default copy paste and it needs elevated browser permissions to perform the action. Have a look around for which permission it needs.
@curtmack I hate how a number of windows products (but not all) use Ctrl + Y
@sam tell the government 4 way stop signs are a terrible idea and get them to be replaced with 1 direction through and the other a give way or stop. Clear rules for who has the right of way.
Stay calm and install solar panels.
Stay calm and install heat pumps.
Stay calm and build a Homelab to keep your data at home.
Stay calm and help your neighbours.
Stay calm and read the news but understand your anger on things you cannot change is wasted energy.
Stay calm and care about your direct environment where you can change things.
You are not alone. Many people around you are doing this already.
@MartinEscardo my organisation has a standard format. So as soon as I said I'm working for X on LinkedIn, I started to get spam emails!
@gardiner_bryant I'm in Australia but my sister works in her own practice in the US. If your doctor e-prescribes they should see in realtime if your insurance will cover it. They always default to substitute for generic, so ask yours for the same. But the generics can vary in ingredients and consistency, so have a talk when your doctor is prescribing. This should give you options to work with a pharmacist to get the best brand.
They try to hack the system by using AI against insurance rejections
@doctormo FOSS has not changed. They have, with their sepia toned glasses.
July is #DisabilityPrideMonth
Wait, disability ... pride? Why would someone be proud to be disabled?
One of the most important aspects of disability pride for me is to counter the shame. The shame of “being different,” the shame of “needing help,” the shame of “being a burden,” the shame from the humiliation and abuse I have experienced.
Disability pride gives me the chance to counter the shame by saying, “I am disabled, and I am proud to exist and be who I am.”
@johncarlosbaez Thinking about your molecule limit. How small would fragments need to become to be classified as a 'metallic' atmosphere and it'll just be extra drag on satellites?
@arielkroon no, but compare articles before and after chatgpt, and domain specific ai algorithms and i-can-do-anything ai algorithms.
@astrid it's basically a perpetual machine. A sheet that captures free energy streaming through the solar system.
@arielkroon I don't know your building standards but I've been sealing up all the drafts in my house. If you can find it locally, this product may help. https://www.bunnings.com.au/blauberg-150mm-inline-backdraft-damper_p4420525
Calling all map and train nerds in #Perth (who'd imagine that there'd be a crossover?): this Sunday is the opening of the new railway line Q120871210, and there's going to be an #OpenStreetMap meetup and travelling mapping party:
