Installed #PassFF in Firefox on my #Librem5 to use pass from the browser along with the host application needed for it to interface with the #pass script.

Successfully logged into one a few sites.

The add-on seems to work just good on the small screen of the phone.

For the moment being I decided to disable the use of the #OpenPGPcard inside my #Librem5 to force the use of my #LibremKey when gpg is needed on the phone.

Support for multiple smartcards is improved in gpg 2.3.x I read which is not available for my distribution, yet.

This way pass works with the externally connected LibremKey/#Nitrokey as expected.

Wenn der kleinste Bengel(1J) von #1EngelUnd4Bengel mit meiner Lieblingsfernbedienung spielt und sie irgendwann vor Wut wegwirft (weil der Papa eine Batterie herausgenommen hat, damit nicht ständig #LibreElec verstellt, an- oder ausgeschaltet wird), dann ist sie irgendwann kaputt.

Ein Resonator ist schlichtweg an der Platine abgebrochen. Zum Glück gibt es die günstig zu kaufen und die Lötarbeit ist auch nicht gerade herausfordernd. Fernbedienung funktioniert wieder - auf in die nächste Runde!

In dem Auto steht ... ein Kindersitz.

Ich habe das Auto bereits das zweite Mal an gleicher Stelle auf gleiche Weise geparkt gesehen. Meiner Frau war es auch schon aufgefallen.

Ich denke, wir brauchen eine Aufklärungskampagne, in der darauf hingewiesen wird, dass Verkehr auch über den Bürgersteig ausweichen kann, wenn parkende Fahrzeuge die Fahrbahn blockieren und dass das für Kinder, Kinderwägen, Rollstühle, Gehwagen deutlich weniger belastend und gefährlich ist.

Zu erwarten, dass zu Fuß gehende oder Kinder auf dem Roller oder Fahrrad oder gar gehbehinderte Menschen vom geschützten Raum des Gehwegs auf die Fahrbahn ausweichen sollen, bedarf dringend ...

Just started using #pass to try it out.

In combination with #firefox it really works well and completely fits my use case.

A new function I had hoped for is that I'd be able to fill username/password fields of other applications without copy'n'past from a terminal or from qtpass.

I'm using wayland/gnome and tried to come up with an idea how to configure something to have the right click menu extended or an hotkey to show some menu to select a username or password to fill in the field the cursor is in.

In short a function as the P beside fields in Firefox.

Ideas?

#Wassersparen in der Familie: Den ganzen Morgen sind wir schon dabei die vier jüngeren von #1EngelUnd3Bengel durch die Badewanne zu bugsieren. So geht dann ein leicht verregneter Vormittag schnell rum.

My Librem14 is connected to an external display, ethernet and an usb hub.

When coming back from work yesterday I just plugged in a usb-c baseus dock to the #Librem5 and connected the dock to the cables of the notebook.

Guess what: It's just possible to work on a 27" display using keyboard and mouse I use usually with my Librem14.

Just found a nice USB-C Display Port adapter cable. Should be great to use the #Librem5 for presentations while travelling.

It's just a cable with an USB-C plug connecting to the L5 and an Display Port plug on the other side.

The Display Port plug on its side has an usb-c socket to connect a PD power converter.

Jetzt fängt der Nussbaum an alles von sich zu werfen. Heute haben wir das erste Laub und die ersten Nüsse im #Garten zusammengefegt.

Bleibt noch das Sortieren. Wir ziehen alles am Stamm zusammen und suchen dann gemeinsam aus dem großen Laubhaufen die Nüsse heraus.

Wer eine bessere Methode kennt - Tipps sind willkommen!

Dieses Jahr sind es sehr viele Nüsse, aber sie sind überwiegend auch sehr klein. Ob da vielleicht ein ordentlicher Schnitt für den Walnussbaum hilft?

@rufposten Das Problem ist halt, dass Nachrichten so gemacht sind, dass man sich danach hilflos fühlt. Überall Probleme. Keine Lösungen. Ich kann nichts machen. So will ich mich nicht fühlen. Ich habe beschlossen, mich so zu verhalten, als könne mein Verhalten doch etwas gegen bspw. die Klimakrise ausrichten.

Alright, and since 1.2.0 is out, this little branch has now landed. Took just about 21 month to get it over the line.
