In dem Auto steht ... ein Kindersitz.
Ich habe das Auto bereits das zweite Mal an gleicher Stelle auf gleiche Weise geparkt gesehen. Meiner Frau war es auch schon aufgefallen.
Ich denke, wir brauchen eine Aufklärungskampagne, in der darauf hingewiesen wird, dass Verkehr auch über den Bürgersteig ausweichen kann, wenn parkende Fahrzeuge die Fahrbahn blockieren und dass das für Kinder, Kinderwägen, Rollstühle, Gehwagen deutlich weniger belastend und gefährlich ist.
Zu erwarten, dass zu Fuß gehende oder Kinder auf dem Roller oder Fahrrad oder gar gehbehinderte Menschen vom geschützten Raum des Gehwegs auf die Fahrbahn ausweichen sollen, bedarf dringend ...

Just started using #pass to try it out.
In combination with #firefox it really works well and completely fits my use case.
A new function I had hoped for is that I'd be able to fill username/password fields of other applications without copy'n'past from a terminal or from qtpass.
I'm using wayland/gnome and tried to come up with an idea how to configure something to have the right click menu extended or an hotkey to show some menu to select a username or password to fill in the field the cursor is in.
In short a function as the P beside fields in Firefox.
Ideas?

My Librem14 is connected to an external display, ethernet and an usb hub.
When coming back from work yesterday I just plugged in a usb-c baseus dock to the #Librem5 and connected the dock to the cables of the notebook.
Guess what: It's just possible to work on a 27" display using keyboard and mouse I use usually with my Librem14.

Just found a nice USB-C Display Port adapter cable. Should be great to use the #Librem5 for presentations while travelling.
It's just a cable with an USB-C plug connecting to the L5 and an Display Port plug on the other side.
The Display Port plug on its side has an usb-c socket to connect a PD power converter.

Jetzt fängt der Nussbaum an alles von sich zu werfen. Heute haben wir das erste Laub und die ersten Nüsse im #Garten zusammengefegt.
Bleibt noch das Sortieren. Wir ziehen alles am Stamm zusammen und suchen dann gemeinsam aus dem großen Laubhaufen die Nüsse heraus.
Wer eine bessere Methode kennt - Tipps sind willkommen!
Dieses Jahr sind es sehr viele Nüsse, aber sie sind überwiegend auch sehr klein. Ob da vielleicht ein ordentlicher Schnitt für den Walnussbaum hilft?
Gestern haben wir im #Garten unsere 2,5 Apfelbäume geschüttelt, die Äpfel sortiert und verladen.
Heute ging es dann zur Mosterei. Nach einer guten halben Stunde waren die Äpfel gepresst, der Saft pasteurisiert und abgefüllt.
90 Liter #Apfelsaft für das kommende Jahr eingelagert. Jetzt erstmal einen Glühapfel solange der Saft noch warm ist.
It's been some way to go, but now I'm in control of my #Librem5: I can access the boot prompt.
I'm used to be able to do so to debug boot problems (in those rare cases) using grub.
Nice side effect: this version of u-boot (build to support uart2 instead of uart1) does support booting from sdcard.
Best part of it: No need to open the L5 at all and thereby low risk of breaking anything.
Would be nice to find a cheaper device than DELL TB16 to trigger thunderbolt alt mode...
My #Librem5 is behind the scenes here - taking this picture. It shows a working connection between the L5 (connected to the other side of the grey usb-c cable) and my Librem14 running minicom.
While #PureOS is running the output of the GPS module is transmitted over serial.
During boot I'll hopefully be able to get the serial console to u-boot soon.

An der Kasse im #Bioladen im #Quengelregal: 30g getrocknete #Bioerdbeeren im #Plastikbeutel. Es kann sich - wenn ich mir Verpackung und Inhalt anschaue - nur um wenige Gramm Unterschied zwischem dem Gewicht der Verpackung und dem des Inhalts handeln.
Wieviel #Bio steckt in der Seele eines solchen Ladens? Was meint ihr?

@rufposten Das Problem ist halt, dass Nachrichten so gemacht sind, dass man sich danach hilflos fühlt. Überall Probleme. Keine Lösungen. Ich kann nichts machen. So will ich mich nicht fühlen. Ich habe beschlossen, mich so zu verhalten, als könne mein Verhalten doch etwas gegen bspw. die Klimakrise ausrichten.

Alright, and since 1.2.0 is out, this little branch has now landed. Took just about 21 month to get it over the line.
Thanks to @dev and the new support for #yunhohost I installed @yunohost on a #rockpro64 by @PINE64 to try the combination.
Worked just fine.
Decided to put a system around it: NAS-case, sata-controller, an old SSD now accompanied by a new SSD as a mirror, eMMC to boot.
There's still space to extend storage by two 3.5" HDD or anything smaller.
Next: need to put the thing on the internet missing a switch to do so. Already configured a bridge to put it inbetween my router and firewall.
Great! I didn't test #gnome-calls (the same #calls application used by #MobileLinux) in a while.
Just found that it worked perfectly connected via #voip to a #FritzBox which it didn't when I tried last.
Gotta try it on my #Librem5 soon to see whether I can use it as a handset for my landline when at home.
I didn't want to solve Google Captchas to log in via browser nor did I want to run the Android App.
So I quit ebay-kleinanzeigen.de . Didn't hold. To find stuff near me to buy used there doesn't seem to be an alternative.
To avoid G-captchas I installed #waydroid and installed ebay-kleinanzeingen as an android app on my notebook.
I stopped it talking to servers different from its own by changing /usr/lib/waydroid/data/scripts/waydroid-net.sh not alter my firewall and setting rules manually.
An #Bittergurke aka #Balsambirne habe ich eine Frucht reif werden lassen.
