Ich kann zur Ergiebigkeit der Pflanzen noch nichts schreiben. Wenn aus jeder Blüte eine Frucht wird, dürfte sie eher so in der Klasse von Zucchini liegen 😃.

Für den Größenvergleich habe ich eine normale Harke vor die #Hörnchenkürbisse gestellt. Der begrünte Bereich des Rankgerüsts ist von 5 Setzlingen bewachsen.

Gurken klettern nicht so und wachsen auch nicht so stark - zumindest haben das unsere Gurken noch nie getan...

#Hitze, #Trockenheit.

Unsere Pfingstrose hat bisher noch nie die Blätter hängen lassen.

Draußen 35°C, drinnen 24°C.

Auf dem Fahrrad zum Einkaufen fühle ich mich an den Start der Vuelta in Pamplona erinnert.

Damals sind wir vom Campingplatz 40km nach Pamplona gefahren und haben jeden Brunnen am Wegesrand gebraucht.

Die Strahlungshitze vom Asphalt war gefühlt stärker als die Wärme der Sonne.

Naja, jetzt eben in Deutschland ein ähnliches Gefühl...

#MeinGemüse liefert die erste Ernte dieses Jahr: #Inkagurke, auch bekannt als #Hörnchenkürbis.
Das erste Mal zu Gast in unserem #Garten.
Die Pflanze rankt wie Unkraut und scheint von Hitze und Trockenheit auch weitgehend unbeeindruckt.
Olivengroße Gürkchen kann man direkt vom Busch naschen, die größeren werden aufgeschnitten, die Kerne entfernt und dann gefüllt oder gebraten.
Milder Geschmack, angenehm, lecker!
Ein paar Gurken bleiben dran für die #Saatgut für das nächste Jahr.

Projekt Gartenhaus a.k.a. Fahrradschuppen nimmt wieder Fahrt auf: Dachumrandung ist montiert.
Ein Streifen Drainagekies gesichtert in einem Kasten aus Schweißdraht dient als Absturzsicherung für das zukünftige Gründach.
Mit dem Anstrich könnte es noch etwas schneller gehen...

The fact you did made me wonder when I read your last toots: I'm 3x vaccinated, the oldest three of my children are vaccinated, I strongly believe in scientific reasoning and I don't doubt the counts of death due to sever infection diseases.
Our views and opinions might well align when it comes to surveillance capitalism and probably your a nice person since you're interested in my opinion even though it differs from yours.

Eine gewisse Begabung bei der Untersuchung von Gegenständen lässt sich auch erkennen.

Keine Ahnung, wann ich das letzte Mal mit einem Stift das Magnetband wieder in eine #Audiokassette gewickelt habe.
