Boot my #pinephone everyday #mobian from eMMC (possibly by default) and being able to look into all the other systems via #multiboot.

Is nobody interested? The torrent seems to be quiet dead.

Maybe the example has been weak. I didn't mean "trust". Trust nobody ;-) !

I meant that - in our economic system - you can elect by buying something that even might only be a placeholder or symbol what you really want.

My point of view is that I even though I might distrust the supermarket buy an organic tomato to tell them that I want farmers to grow organic tomatoes and that I want them to sell those tomatoes.

I distrust the supermarket, but for my goal it seems irrelevant to me.

I understand it seems to be expected from a (large?) fraction of the fediverse to moderate instances.

Maybe I'm too new to the fediverse to understand the reason for moderation. I had so far the impression I myself can moderate what I want to read and didn't see any need to do so (beginners luck?).

For which cases, that you can't moderate in your view of the fediverse, do you see need of moderation?

Trotzdem verstehe ich nicht den Kontext, in dem ich #Datenkrake mit guter Bildung und Bereitschaft zur Reflexion als #antisemitisch hätte erkennen sollen.

Das ist ja mal interessant: Bei der Bereitstellung eines #Lightning Node kann man #Bitcoin verlieren, wenn Miner anfangen Transaktionen mit Bitcoin aus illegalen Quellen abzulehnen?

Dabei befeueren diese Projekte Googles Markmacht indem Menschen, denen ihre #Privatsphäre wichtig ist, weiter an den Rand des Android Marktes gebunden werden anstatt nach Alternativen suchen zu müssen.

Sure, you have to ponder your alternatives... which are?

For me it is like buying organic food: I cannot be certain that the organic food I buy in some supermarket was produced the way the label says.

But I vote by buying it: I want producers and markets to offer organic food.

Even if they are cheating sometimes I'm sure this will lead to more organic agriculture and less environmental damage in the long run.

Bin nicht aus Suttgart, aber Du bist nicht zu doof dafür, sondern die Dokumentation ist nicht ausreichend, die Installationsroutine noch nicht perfekt und die Hardware vom Hersteller nicht dafür gebaut von den Benutzerinnen mit beliebiger Software verwendet zu werden.

Just in case somebody read the toot and didn't marvel over the little screenshot:

YES, THAT is the screenshot of an ssh session on my PHONE.

It becomes more and more usual and normal to see that, but it can't be emphasized enough ;-).

I even couldn't imagine this when I ordered my #Librem5 and later the #Pinephone. I knew they would run Linux, but I couldn't imagine how it would be using a Linux phone.

Exchanged the mainboard and restored the image of the #mobian I already used on my old 2GB RAM / 16 GB eMMC mainboard.

So far no #timetravel. It looks like the mainboard of my #pinephone UBPorts edition had a hardware issue.

With the old board it ran for a few days without problems already, once, but the clock usually jumped within 24h.

If the error does not return thereby confirming the suspected hardware problem, is there interest to look further into the problem, @PINE64?
