Is there a good source to customize gnome shortcuts?
Specifically what I would like to do is to have a keybinding for launching an App, or switching to it, if it already runs. On Windows I have made this with autohotkey, where I launch a instance and give it a name I can switch back to. Is that a thing for workspaces? Haven't used those so far.

@pafurijaz if you can, thats always appreciated, but if you don't, that should be ok as well. Its not like you would rob anyone right?

Kaum Aufwand.

@vonheikemen I see, configuring neovim as a IDE is not that easy for a beginner, and its a moving target. But really if one wants to call himself a dev there should be some comitement for solving lua problems.
Anyway don't give up on those tutorials, even for me there is always something to learn new from!

i did it. did a thing. the thing is done:

a guide on neovim's lsp client. the unofficial click-baity title was "how to enable ide-like features without plugins."

#neovim

Just switching my terminal to and so far pretty happy with it. Nothing against but the main reason for switching is that i need it on both windows and linux, and there is just no good multiplexing and tiling on windows, which makes alacritty not that much of a joy.

#Neovim in #Debian is finally updated past the 0.7.2 release (up to 0.9.4) 🎉

It's been a long time coming, and it's just in experimental for now.

The long pole, aside from ENOTIME, was introducing the #treesitter ecosystem to Debian. That took a bit longer than I was expecting, and I'm still not happy with how it looks. I've started poking around at debhelper tooling to simplify this, since the packaging is pretty repetitive for treesitter grammars.

@achim Ah i will have to upgrade first then, since I'm on stable. No hurry I will not get there this year anymore :-)

@achim anything published? I should do something similar with xml and cpp.
