We know many of you are waiting for #PinePhone @ubports CE - it will be shipping very soon. Meanwhile, here are pictures taken the day production wrapped up. We're not going to spoil the phenomenal box design for this CE (by @cibersheep on Twitter) however, pictures don't do it justice.

And there are ways to manage while still respecting your employees' freedom. Like I check in with my employee 2 times a day with a video conference that usually lasts about 10min or so and it can be almost like talking to them from across the office normally. Otherwise we end up texting, calling, or emailing.
