@gedvondur Use a multimeter. If you're making both ends, it really doesn't matter if you get the colors right as long as they go to the same terminals. If you're only doing one end, then you'll be able to find the right color from the made end. I have trouble seeing shades of red, so I find it hard to tell red and brown apart, blue and purple, yellow and orange. Dark red on a black background is common and can be almost invisible to me.
