Having done the keysigning intro for #DebConf I'm struck by two things. Firstly, how terrible user experience is when it comes to crypto (is CAFF really the best solution for OpenPGP keysigning?). Secondly, how used I've got to that fact; until reminded I don't even remember that "and then you sign the keys once you get home" is actually just as complicated a step as verifying identities etc.

@devrtz no drama in particular, just for a long time I have been wanting to reduce the number of chat services where I am on (currently 7). and not need whatever number of chat apps to communicate.
But sadly today that number increased.
Every time you fail to resist joining a chat service with a different chat protocol, just because it is the chat service/protocol that project $NAME uses, a fairy dies.

@ariadne yes, he still is very much a fascist. Trying to rehabilitate his image does not mean that he changed. Maybe I should have used the expression: wash his image.
