This week, we had the pleasure to host the #illustrator Jonas Goonface, who offered us this beautiful mural! 🤩
You can see more of his work on Instagram @jonasgoonface https://farside.link/bibliogram/jonasgoonface (we will let you know when he can be followed on the fediverse)
And yes, we still have some empty walls ;)

Coming up later today at 15:30 UTC at Capitole du Libre, Arnaud Ferraris asks the question, is 2023 the year of #Linux on smartphones? Talk will be presented in French. Join us! https://cfp.capitoledulibre.org/cdl-2022/talk/DBX3DS/
@kop316 congrats!
@tinker think things are going a bit further this time, this is outside twitter's San Francisco Office:
somewhere out there there's a conference room full of people dressed much nicer than you and I which admittedly is a very easy bar to clear because I'm just wearing my pajamas and anyways they've got a big pad of paper on an easel that has the word "mastodon" written on it in big red letters and "mastodon" is circled several times with the same red marker and nobody in the room can figure out what "mastodon" is and why the company isn't making any money from it toot toot
@Paarsec every admin in Europe right now: "can't this idiot hold it until morning at least?"
@katherined 2/2
For example this is the video channel for The Linux Experiment.
https://tilvids.com/c/thelinuxexperiment_channel/videos
Just use the link in the search bar, on mastodon and you have the option to follow as a user.
@katherined I like and used in the past peertube, and it is quite cool because I can follow a peertube channel from mastodon as if was a regular user, because it is a regular user.
It's videos show in my mastodon feed like any other user I follow feed, and I can watch and reply to it, and my replies show up in the comment section of the video.
So no need to make a post on mastodon with the link to the video, You just publish and it is available on the fediverse like a post.

@goatwildernesscollective chatty is available in the debian repositories, and Debian testing should have the latest version, So you can install from there
Ohh, I am trying to detox from twitter news, but brands.social and elon musk make that very hard
@SetentaeQuatro já meti um alarme para as 18h00!
#chatty 0.7.0-rc4 the multi protocol client (sms, matrix, xmpp) used with #phosh on multiple mobile devices, running on a desktop with multiple #matrix accounts and an #xmpp account.
It's not exactly a "big deal" to run it on a desktop, since one of the ideas with #linuxmobile is convergence, and being able to run the same software across devices (mobile, desktop, tablet, etc), to be able to do this sort of thing.
But it is still very cool to see :)
