I like reading over that code to exercise my software freedom to audit the code for malfeatures, though I don't trust myself to recognize vulnerabilities.

I want to make sure I comprehend what I'm reading, writing it down helps.

I like learning from how established projects do things, why computers are the way they are from the silicon on up.

And I think you might benefit from that understanding too!

Was da an gesammelter Lebenszeit draufgeht, sich über so etwas Gedanken zu machen... Es setzen sich also wirklich Leute damit auseinander, wie man Sprache ummodeln kann und geht dann davon aus, dass andere dies anwenden, ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken?

"Sprache entwickelt sich" und "Sprache wird entwickelt" sind doch zwei komplett verschiedene Dinge!

Ernstgemeinte Frage und ausdrücklich KEIN Trollversuch:

Was genau versprecht ihr euch vom Einsatz des Anhängsels *innen? Abgesehen davon, dass es im Deutschen eh nur im Plural funktioniert, wem genau soll wie damit geholfen werden? Welche Logik soll dahinter stecken?

Ich verstehe es wirklich nicht und möchte die Beweggründe und Philosophie dahinter kennen. Ich bervorzuge als Antwort übrigens persönliche Statements und keine Links zu irgendwelchen Seiten, weil ich es von EUCH hören will.
