О том, что начнётся когда «наши мальчики» вернутся домой думать просто страшно. В общем, закончился разговор её словами: «Если бы я всё представляла себе как ты, я бы наверное давно повесилась» 😅

Её реакция была: «Ой, да твой Insider, они отдельных фактов понавыдёргивают, понапишут чернухи…». Ну тут уж пришлось ответить: «Что ты несёшь вообще?! Это одно из ведущих изданий, специализирующихся именно на журналистских расследованиях».
Своё представление о происходящем тут она строит со слов родителей и знакомых, которые тут всё ещё живут.

Недавно отправил ту статью о жизни рядом с частью в Нижегородской области подруге. Она уже много лет живёт с мужем и ребёнком в Испании — конечно же у неё нет никаких проблем с доступом к информации, она вполне либеральных взглядов, никогда всё это не поддерживала и никогда не была заядлой патриоткой, но и в то, что она из страны уровня ДРК, ей верить не хочется, русский без национальной гордости — ничто 😁

Как я и сказал, большинство не то, что не может получать информацию — оно не мотивировано её получать, если им начать что-то рассказывать — они будут отмахиваться, им *страшно* такое принимать.
После того, как у них появляется мотивация эту информацию получать, прозрение наступает очень быстро, очень частая история — когда жизнь даёт человеку лично какой-то тычок, и он запойно начинает читать о том, что происходит: «Ну ничего себе!»

Самая главная проблема — там очень часто пишут очень неприятные вещи, вот великая держава, победы не смотря на козни Запада, подняться с колен, заставить себя уважать — это другое дело, это просто и понятно.
В то, что никакой великой державы давно нет и за пределами крупных городов та же медицина к примеру уже натурально на уровне Африки — отказываются верить даже те, кто в общем-то не разделяет прочий мозгодробительный идиотизм.

I have a strict principle of never picking bicycles or motor cycles and a couple of times it cost me a few days of ban — not a HUGE problem as I'm on always on VPN and I can just switch to another exit point, but I'm often too lazy to do that as I have other things going on over network.
At times it gives me ONLY bikes — like on purpose, like 20 times in a row with no other options. Like ReCAPTCHA's mocking me 😂

Russia is a major grain exporter, but what has happened now is due large amounts of Ukrainian grain captured/stolen by Russia, Ukraine is also a major grain supplier so that shifted the balance in unexpected ways.
Cranking up production elsewhere might help avoid such situations in the future, but won't help in the short term — and that is what the most pressing problem is.
Putin is trying to play on that to force others into negotiations.

I don't follow Israeli politics that close, but yeah, it's often the case: you start pruning roots in one place and something comes up in the opposite end of the yard. I think we have a lot of interesting "discoveries" ahead of us for the next couple of years. That is if turbulence in world economy does not make us move to the forests, hunt hedgehogs or something.
But for some reason I have a good premonition about all this 😋

@randahl They are projecting like that all the time, in 2010s they were blaming Ukraine for suppressing opposition, often on days following crackdown on opposition or press in Russia. They sometimes are trying to pin something on someone else preemptively — this usually means that they are planning something similar themselves. Old tactic.

In Russia 67 y.o. man was sentenced to 3 years in prison for making two anti-war comments. Police has killed his cat as "intimidation tactic" 😿
