@PawelK @useless_idiot Russia's economy is in decline since 2013, but "Crimea effect" somehow justified the lowering standards of living for the masses. It didn't make the news, but COVID was a serious blow too. Putin wanted to pull off this trick again: quick and victorious war. Focus shifted to Ukraine now, but there was an attempted Kazakhstan incursion just a couple of months before that.

@PawelK
> collapse of Soviet Union 2.0
I think that is exactly what is going to happen.
I was expecting a major turning point like that by spring, but I was expecting the frontline to collapse earlier than having such obvious signs of failing economy, but okay, we can have them in any order 😅
Most believe that economy is like that because of war, but actually it's the other way around: the war happened because the economy was collapsing.
@useless_idiot

@neural_meduza Ну да, нечто похожее он вчера и заявил 😂

@useless_idiot It's already worse than that. This one looks like the first sign of incoming regional defaults.

That background reminds me of the famous Pet Shop Boys video: youtube.com/Me4AhOi6LYE
@safiuddinkhan

@safiuddinkhan One of my cats is like that, the other one is a natural-born model, he always strikes a pose and even looks into the camera if you make some noises or talk to him 😹

@yogthos First recycling and then cycling? These panels are obviously in wrong order!

@mo Придётся делать авторизацию через ГосуСлуги 😆

@atomicbirdseed Didn't notice any plot inconsistencies either — at least nothing out of the ordinary, original movies had things popping out of nowhere all the time too.

@atomicbirdseed Not bad. I didn't watch it when it was cool and now I think I'm too old to become a hardcore fan of stuff like that 😅 TBH I wanted to watch all of it to see if what they tell about the latest movie is true, and… I didn't notice it being half-assed or "pushing agenda" agressively — no, it's quite on par with the original trilogy. It might be following some trends instead of setting them, but it's a solid sequel.

@DotardTed
I did suspect she's got more in her bag, but trying to walk away with a bag full of merchandise… I wasn't expecting that 🤯

Hanging out with yourself on localhost = based 😎

@meso
I got you, I'm just having the usual laugh about how robust every single piece of Fedi software is.
TBH Pleroma turned out to be way better than I have expected. I hope the DB doesn't become unusable in two years. Or… who cares, that's not the planning horizon I should be aming for, by that time I'll probably make a new instance under a different name and make the old one read-only 😅

Yeah, something like that 😂🤣😂
@theorytoe @Paulo

@nixCraft Some even started taking photos vertically to fit that vertical screen 😅

@neural_meduza Бастилию пришлось вернуть?

@neural_meduza Согласится ли Шувалов обеспечить их перелёт в Европу? 🤔

@neural_meduza Зато дедушку он нашёл очень легко.
