They aren't exactly new to this wasting money and resources game. Imagine, all the development resources spent on FirefoxOS then just giving it up so others could reap the fruits from what came out of it in form of KaiOS. Google being the largest beneficiary, I believe — pushing their services like maps and Google assistant to low-end phones.

Wasn't an easy decision for me nonetheless, but I just can't tolerate such attitude — not from people, and especially not from companies whom I paid my money to. I still enjoy watching SC2 streams on Twitch from time to time, but no — I'm never giving them a penny ever again 😅

@blobfrog I didn't have as much to lose in terms of time invested, it was mostly about money — I originally bought SC2 for SP campaigns, wasn't interested in competitive online games at all. Then a friend of mine showed me what it was about and I liked it. I was only getting started, I think I only got into the diamond league and then they made battle tags mandatory. I circumvented it as long as I could by running SC directly, not from Battle.Net app, and one of the updates prevented it

I used to own the deluxe editions of every installment of Starcraft 2, but had to request account deletion at a certain point never to buy anything from them again. I got fed up with them making me do stuff I don't want — first that Battle.Net app, then the battle tags… Why do I need this to play single player campaign? 😩

@EricZhang456 Isn't DaVinci Resolve more of a color grading tool for videos? I mean, sure, you can do some editing too, but it's not the main point.
Also, you can do video editing in Blender now. What?! Yes! I never tried it myself, in fact, I've learned about it here on Fedi from @charlie_root
Looks pretty basic to me, but maybe it's just what you need.
