@dthompson I can definitely appreciate that. I avoid single use tools as much as possible too. If it helps, we also use ours for potatoes (and a couple of times for vegetable based pasta substitutes, but this is admittedly rare).

If hand peeling isn't too much of a chore, then less stuff is more better :)

Huh. Didn't realize how terrible the Epson refillable tank printers were. Less than 2 years in with little printing, and the dreaded Ink Pad issues have bitten friends of mine (search for that before buying one).

Amazing how they could make something that should be a great idea into a terrible one.

@hansw Jitsi works but Jami/Ring does not (despite its promise). Every attempt to use Jami ends in calls not connecting and high use of battery on mobile which leads me to uninstall. Until those issues are sorted out it's an interesting idea without a workable implementation
