I am really looking forward to hearing Shannon Dosemagen speak as a #LibrePlanet2020 keynote on her work for the environment with Public Lab using free software tools. Anyone have a reusable Chemex filter that they like? That doesn't lead to watery coffee with sludge at the bottom? (The grind is already very coarse IMO.)
