If you don’t like people modifying your code in any way they see for, DO NOT RELEASE YOUR SOFTWARE AS LIBRE SOFTWARE.

The point of libre software is to allow EVERYONE the RIGHT to change the software to do what they want and behave the way they want. If you do not agree that people have the RIGHT to do whatever they want with your software, then you either do not understand what libre software is, or you are maliciously using the label for brownie points.
