Every now and then I like to give a shout out to software that has made my life a lot better. This time I like to give a mention to G.I.M.P / GLIMPSE. I think we are so lucky to have free access to such a powerful and feature rich application that has been around for a while now and only gets better with time!

At what age should I be too old to vote? Surely at some point my moral and ethical compass are just too obsolete. Not broken, just obsolete. At some stage I will be broken and/or obsolete and my vote will be counted regardless of how counter-productive it is to your social agenda.

That's the thing about this fediverse account, for me.

I wasn't so engaged when I used Twitter routinely. In my experience, people here seem have a better tolerance for randomness and kindness.

It has been a lot more fun to engage with others via "social media" as a result.

The Stockholm syndrome is strong today. It’s everywhere I look, maybe it’s been this way for a while and I was to preoccupied to notice. There are entire generations, millions upon millions of people all severely psychologically strained by the affect. It’s the majority now.
