#enshitificacion just read the first 10 pages, would say it's holding up what it promised :-)
New week of #running (monday a day off) started w/ 11x 3 min just under #threshold w/ 1 min walk/jog. Ran from work to home, in all 11.8 km Inc. WU & cool down.
This week will have 3 lots of threshold training, following the ideas of the book I posted a few days ago.
Hope you all have a good week (of running) :D

@kigelia
thanks :) wasn't too bad, actually kind of enjoyed it. just started this type of training around 2 weeks ago.
Another round of (sub-) #threshhold this time 6x 6 min w/ 1 min walk jog. Plus 15 min WU and a10 min cool down. in all 11.7 km w/ an avg pace 5'36"
Went well & felt good going into the final round.
That was my third threshold run this week, after a double day on Thursday. Next week 3 lots of threshold 😅
@MarvinFreeman
Hi, I had a quick look at the book online, sounds OK but this review wasn't so good

Obviously training plans don't fit everyone but his experience was very off putting :o
So for the next 3-4 months I'll try Bakken.
Also just ordered my lactate meter :-)
I'll try to post updates on progress here.
Let us know how you get on with the Singles Method. #running #laufen #training #runnersofmastadon
@MarvinFreeman
For me the book is good as I run 1500, 5K & sometimes 10K. What I like about it most is the way he describes the method itself and how to impliment it.
Maybe for Marathon you should look at the book Norwegian Singles Method by James Copeland. I haven't read it myself yet, but someone from my running club has and says it's very good
