@omglinux Why is this so hard on Ubuntu? And Fedora has that packaged but not a dependency of the file managers? WebP is supposedly open and patent unencumbered.
@purism Upgrading to 4.1 has a huge gotcha if you restore VMs created on 4.0. The problem is the old versions of the qubes packages responsible for installing updates, moving files, etc... will still be 4.0 version. This causes all sorts of weird problems. Upgrading the templates doesn't always work and you may have to make them again.
@distrotube Instability? I once forgot how to turn my Linux box on. The power button blends in with part of the bezel and I was pressing the wrong side. I always reboot whenever there are updates so I've probably only ever used the physical button a handful of times.

@adam Thank you for the coverage of the WHO amendments. I see a lot of worry about that so hopefully that can put some of it to rest.
With regard to the Gedron shooting, he targeted blacks to get attention and get the message out. Seems to make sense given the way media covers shootings of nonblacks and white-on-other shootings. The shooting of the Korean salon by a black man is barely getting any attention.
@hn500 Absolutely incredible that even hobby sites get so much bot SPAM. I've wanted to set up my own instant of Yacy or something similar, so it looks like I'll have to figure out what to do about the bots first. Would love for their to be a way to make money off of them.
@hn500 5.4" is not small. The first gen iPhone SE was small at 4". Perfect size and great price. I wish Apple was keeping it that size though. Hopefully I'll have my Librem 5 by the time I need to replace it.
