@omglinux Why is this so hard on Ubuntu? And Fedora has that packaged but not a dependency of the file managers? WebP is supposedly open and patent unencumbered.

@tmerriam @omglinux I'm not sure why it hasn't been packaged prior to now, but it is in the process of being packaged for inclusion in future versions of Ubuntu.
