Nine years ago, we started developing Tutanota. The first years were hard, lots of challenges had to be overcome to release an encrypted email client. Now, Tutanota is growing by the day, thanks to our awesome paying users. https://tutanota.com/blog/posts/premium-pro-business Thank you! πππ

@Tutanota Awesome! I am stoked that you guys finally made Tutanota officially available as a Flatpak. Thanks a lot, guys!
@t0k It does have its uses, though. Using a VPN (regardless of whether it is Google or Proton behind it) can upgrade a user's security, especially in instances where you have to connect to an insecure network. However, saying that it will improve users' privacy is indeed a big joke. I agree with @protonmail that this could potentially be another attempt from Google to have complete access to all of your online activity.
@protonvpn Those guys at Google sure know how to crack a joke. π
Last week, Google announced its own VPN service. Trusting Google's VPN would be like trusting a VPN from the NSA. Here's why giving Google direct access to all your online activity is a terrible idea: https://protonvpn.com/blog/google-vpn/
Who loves this golden oldie? π»
@dada @ONLYOFFICE I agree. It's great what you are doing! Keep it up!
P.S. I am looking forward to more contests as well. π
@JoshStrobl Why not Python or C, though?
@Tutanota I would love to see the notifications for emails on the desktop client to show the sender and the subject. Is this something that you are working on or planning to work on anytime soon?
@Goldmaster @Tutanota If you need IMAP support, check out @protonmail.
@Kid_Paddle @Tutanota Thunderbird is currently going through some renovation. Hopefully, the interface will be revamped as well.

@JoshStrobl What's your favourite programming language?
@Solus Wait.... Are you guys running Solus Plasma (under GNOME Boxes) on Solus Plasma? π€
@schestowitz I used to love OpenShot. Having been a Windows Movie Maker addict once upon a time, the interface felt quite intuitive for me to use. However, due to all the bugs, I just couldn't keep using it. I am using Kdenlive now and it's a much more stable experience. Of course, I still prefer the interface of OpenShot over Kdenlive's interface but I am slowly getting a hang of it now.
