@Gina With all respect, that toot is a frivolity, especially when coming from that part of humanity with access to healthcare services

@espectalll at first glance, that let me as surprised as you. In a careful second read, I realized that he is not expressing his opinion on the matter but forwarding the opinion of "all operational forces" (is difficult to know to what extent that is true). Also, it seems clear to me that terrorism is left out of the answer and the comparison is only related to public disorder incidents with police interventions (terrorism and public disorders cannot be compared). Cheers.

Ask yourself why all these companies are fighting each other to be your default DNS provider. Why do their "privacy" solutions always give them your data instead? It's valuable data and it's easy to control it yourself. linuxjournal.com/content/own-y

I've been having a look at the live coding for a simple web game in Clojure (The parens of the dead -- tinyurl.com/yxpd2xju).

The series is an amazing exercise of effective and efficient programming. I wish the creator would have used magit along the way to have a look at the git workflow as well.

The creator is also known for his Emacs Rocks series (emacsrocks.com)

@rrika it surely was an MR scanner. Sequences can be programmed and the scanner operates quite loudly ;)

Thank you @stephaniewalter@mastodon.design, please keep posting all sci-fi interfaces you find. I love them ;)

@koyu@koyu.space I wonder how old that sentence is. I bet now Linus Torvalds measures things differently.

I love pictures of people on their own, not aware of the camera. The beauty of normality. @lain, are you the type carrying your DSLR everywhere?

@fribbledom, it sounds like a very interesting project! Good that you mention it here, it will get one more star now :)
