@tapaniraja perhaps. I know I used it in the past a number of years ago. Wasn't too bad, I think at the time my only issue was, that it was almost impossible connect to my windows machine at the time. lol Yeah, like I said it was awhile ago. Not that have any Winblows devices any more.

This weekend gonna work on reformatting my laptop. Whatever reason, can't get LBRY desktop app working. Regardless of port numbers including default 5279.. So maybe a clean slate it'll work once installed.

@rakor Either way if I need to transfer notes or text files or music and videos between my laptop and phone I have an ssh connection open all the time on the roommate's router.

@rakor Don't see much difference between that or NextCloud or OwnCloud. But definitely another good option.
