@idoubtit Ideally it should go back to the embassy or consulate for that country (best chance of it getting back to the owner, or at least notifying them that their citizen is now without it). @idoubtit I'm starting to gain a deeper appreciation for just how much work it takes for a curiosity-based analysis of a concept to jump the chasm between localized (e.g. linguistic) literacy bubbles. Certainly results in a multiplication of efforts in some bubbles, especially those in which machine translation is particularly under-equipped.
