Looking at open source routers, likely going with DD-WRT.
Should I buy the router, flash it myself (very capable), and donate to the organization making the firmware or is there a better way to support DD-WRT's cause, like buying from their recommended vendor (Flashrouter).
Also should I be looking at an alternative like Tomato router?

@dallin indeed! Rechargeable weather radios and scanners are important for situations like this. Got to keep it low tech!
Awoken by tornado sirens, rotation confirmed over the scanners, and power outages.
Everything is safe around now, power is on for us, and the little ones are back asleep. Tornado warning till 2am.

@pkimpton from what I understand hops is a cousin of cannabinoids, that possibly explains why unlike hoppy beer.
I have only had edibles that I have made myself, as I live in a state where that is only decriminalized. I hear vaping it is nice and smooth.
