And honestly, there still isn't, from my knowledge, a true Facebook replacement yet. The Fediverse needs something with groups, pages, private messaging, etc to really draw people over. This is a vital part of what makes Facebook so diverse in its capabilities as a platform.

Just setup a @pixelfed account! Can't wait to use it. Any Android apps for it? Preferably on F-Droid.

I'm using Fedilab as my app for Mastodon/Librem Social. Wasn't there a more Facebook interface style app? I also REALLY wish Mastodon had groups and pages!

At work I use Windows and Adobe CC 😞 But sometimes on the weekends I need to get something done at home so I get to use Linux and my toolbox. Like this quick Facebook cover photo I made in @GIMP@mastodon.at!!

At work we use Storyblocks and Warner Chappell music but I wouldn't calls them low cost. Freelance work I've used NoCopyrightSounds and the YouTube Music library songs that require no attribution. Both of those are free but sometimes don't do the job. That's when I usually go to something like Pond5. Which usually is good and low cost.

I watched the movie "Yesterday" tonight, which was great, and there were several cameos by @DuckDuckGo!!!!! It was awesome to see!!
