Notice how:
1. The titlebar & toolbar have their own row & don't compete for horizontal space (like they do now with unified toolbars)
2. The sidebar (née Source List) doesn't eat into the toolbar spacing either because it isn't full height
3. The sidebar & toolbar have chrome colors which distinguish it from content UI. Everything is compartmentalized
4. The use of bottom bars!!!
5. Visual drag handles for sidebar & Split View
