Especially considering that most sexual abuse children suffer from comes from people they know personally: family friends and such — not from some "online predators", the number of paedophiles caught this way must be negligible.

Ой, мой двоюродный брат по этой теме тоже дико угорал! Но они видео через торренты обменивались, при чём не на торрент.ру, а заняли раздел на каком-то англоязычном форуме, хотя сообщество было русскоязычным — жаль не спросить уже.
Да и не для всех это — иметь компьютер, который не жалко будет держать включённым чтобы раздавать это всё дальше.
