Apparently, Apple has easened up even further to complying with foreign governments' requirements. In Russia they didn't hand over the keys to the kingdom like they did in China (yet😏), but they seem to be removing VPN software from local App Store quite willingly — without putting up any fight at all: https://www.techradar.com/pro/vpn/apple-keeps-removing-vpn-apps-in-russia-and-the-toll-is-worse-than-we-thought

When they've abandoned switching to DST for Moscow, I just switched to Abu Dhabi in OS that could not be updated, but then they've changed it again — to permanent +3 😩
