This at least looks like a somewhat believable version, unlike most of those in circulation — will probably become the official one.
Obviously as its not linked to Ukraine, it won't be easy to spin it the right way in the wake of new "mobilization", but they can still use it to crack down further on civil liberties. Will probably also attempt to use it to make information exchange among intelligence agencies possible again.

But then, at the last moment have decided to postpone it till after the "election" 🤭
For sure, they will attempt to spin it to their own gain, but they are still reluctant to make any of these the official version as they all take an enormous amount of blind faith to be even remotely believable.

To be fair, it's nearly impossible to get organized in Russia, people don't trust each other, there are no realiable mainstream means of communication, you can't even organize around making the entrance of your apartment building clean. I'm not kidding you, they have recently created official rooms for people living on the same block on state-approved chat platform, so people don't discuss politics in these 🤦

Surprisingly, no. This isn't what they are pushing, it was only Medvedev who has accused Ukraine, he did it only tentatively and let's be honest, his blabbers become the official position almost never.
They might be hinting that Ukraine is involved by claiming they have intercepted the car on the border with Ukraine and Belarus. I think they still haven't made the mind up what to make the official version.

This info first appeared in ВЧК-ОГПУ Russian Telegram channel allegedly having ties with Russian "siloviki"/law enforcement. So Visegrád only reposted others' misinfo, not made it up.
Visegrád 24 itself is a rather shady source of information though, it's still unclear to me whom it belongs to.

On my Netgear router I have to enable bypass mode on the built-in switch to achieve full 1Gbps from one wired client to the other, I lose the capability to have VLANs this way and probably something else — but I don't really use any of that.
Also, considering scp, could CPU of the sending machine be a bottleneck — still a possibility on low-powered machines 🤔

TikTok's Wikipedia page has a slew of such evidence 😏
They don't even have TikTok in China itself — they have their own adopted version of it, operated by the same company that is highly cooperative when it comes to Chinese government.
And it is a valid reason to ban it, is this the real reason though or are there commercial interests involved — that is a valid point. But does this make TikTok worthy of standing up for? 🤔
