Kazakhstan does way better job than it could — true, they are still a major transition point, but they aren't the country of origin of those goods.
Some European countries do a much worse job with their due diligence checks, supplying even components used for production of heavy weaponry. Israeli network equipment plays a crucial role in Interner censorship in Russia — I find it extremely hard to believe that they can't figure out real destination where their equipment goes.

I think when they call it AI they don't even mean intelligence in that way, it's the same as in military intelligence — means it collects data. And artificial as it doesn't require actual humans to operate 😆

Я до сих пор не понимаю что было «неадекватного» в Windows Phone — у меня было три их телефона с Windows, от компании, продукция которой мне до этого была вообще неинтересна.
MeeGo — ещё больший технологический тупик чем Windows Phone, можно было продолжать попытки делать альтернативную ОС, и приходилось бы конкурировать ещё и с RIM, или стать ещё одним никому не нужным производителем Android-телефонов, сколько их было, и где они сейчас? C Windows как раз могло получиться.

And I think that this is a poor link to understand the context, these are just results, it doesn't even state what the referendum is about.
